Returns & Refunds
At Five Buck Bin, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, our returns policy lasts 30 days. Beyond this period, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Initiate your return through our contact page, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refund Process
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you'll be notified via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or, if you choose, as store credit.
Shipping Returns
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label.
