Cleaning & Condition

Are your used records cleaned?

Do you sell records below VG?

No. We grade conservatively and do not sell records that fall below VG condition.

Do you play-test records?

Yes. Playback quality matters — regardless of price. We clean, evaluate, and play-test so you don’t have to gamble.

Can cleaning fix scratches?

No — cleaning removes dirt, debris, and residue, but it can’t repair physical damage. That’s why grading and play-testing matter.


$5 Records

Are $5 records worth buying?

Are your $5 records really cleaned and tested?

Yes. Every used record we sell — including $5 records — is ultrasonically cleaned and evaluated for playback quality before listing.

Why do some $5 records sell out fast?

Because the best bargains are still great albums — and we list limited quantities. If you see something you like, grab it.


Shipping

How much is shipping?

How do you pack records?

We pack records securely with protective materials to reduce movement in transit and help your records arrive safely.

Do you ship internationally?

My record skips — what should I do?

First, make sure your turntable setup is in good shape (needle condition, tracking force, and a level surface all matter). Then contact us — we’ll help troubleshoot and make it right based on the situation.


New Records

Do you sell new records too?

Can new records have noise or debris?

Sometimes, yes. New records can pick up dust or static during manufacturing and packaging. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll help.
